Dine on 25 is an innovative solution-based event series hosted by the Riverhead BID to help our local eateries and downtown businesses recover losses during the COVID-19 shutdown.

DOWNTOWN ESTABLISHMENTS AND THE RIVERHEAD BID THANK OUR SPONSOR, SPOWER, THE TOWN OF RIVERHEAD, RIVERHEAD POLICE AND FIRST RESPONDERS, OUR COMMUNITY AND OUR VISITORS FOR THE CONTINUED SUPPORT OF OUR FOOD, BEVERAGE, AND ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRIES.
OUR FIRST-EVER DINE ON 25 SERIES WAS A WELCOMED SUCCESS IN STIMULATING OUR DOWNTOWN ECONOMY POST-COVID.

‘Dine on 25’ debuts in downtown Riverhead: Photos

Historic Main Street will close to vehicle traffic and allow pedestrians to spread out and stroll safely; as dining tables and chairs spill out onto the sidewalks and street so our downtown restaurants, breweries and distillery can comfortably serve the locals they love, and our east-end visitors alike. We invite all to enjoy a breezy summer evening on Long Island, right here amid the soul of Downtown Riverhead.

REQUIRED SAFETY MEASURES

Whatever your style, cover your smile! Face masks covering the mouth and nose are required any time you are not seated at your reserved table (that means strolling down the street, placing an order, walking to and from the restroom - you get it)
Stash some sanitizer in your pocket. Healthy hands help us all
Stash the trash, too. Please use receptacles for garbage, disposable masks, gloves, cutlery (our wildlife would appreciate if we practice this at all times)
Keep your distance. Please stand the width of five penguins apart from those who are not in your group (aka 6 feet)

SUGGESTED SAFETY MEASURES

Utilize technology to read the menus ahead of time, restaurants list updates on their websites and social media daily. This will decrease or eliminate the time spent touching a menu
Please be kind. Owners, bartenders, servers and kitchen staff are operating under a new model and at at their max, all while wearing a ,mask and constantly sanitizing. They move furniture so you can enjoy a nice meal outside, they’ve changed their menus to make sure you get the best quality of food, employees are health-screened multiple times a day. We’re all doing our best, and want nothing but the best for you
