Witches Paddle on the Peconic

Grab your broomstick... or paddleboard!

Join us on Saturday, October 3 for Downtown Riverhead's inaugural Witches Paddle on the Peconic, a magical gathering of witches, warlocks, and all spooky-season enthusiasts as they take to the waters of the Peconic River in costume.

Participants are invited to decorate their paddleboards, kayaks, and canoes and don their best witchy attire for a spirited paddle along Riverhead's scenic waterfront. Whether you're a seasoned paddler or simply looking for a fun way to celebrate the arrival of fall, this unique event promises an unforgettable evening of laughter, community, and Halloween fun.

Spectators are encouraged to line the Riverwalk and Riverfront to cheer on the paddlers and capture the spectacle of witches floating through Downtown Riverhead.
